Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
